Following up on the whole commission prices discussion, how DOES one come up with the right price for ones art? OoO I think it's really hard, figuring out what your own work is worth. Level of skill, materials, your working pace etc. How do you know if it's too high or too low, how did you figure it out?

It’s very difficult! It depends on what people will pay for you, your audience, how rare your skill is, etc.! It also helps to stand out a lot in some regard.  My prices are based on “what do I feel is fair? What makes me feel good about doing work? What makes me feel shafted?” If anything makes me feel unhappy about what I’m doing, then I know the prices are off for that piece, persoanlly.
