Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I'm wondering for future use. On your shops online, are you the one who makes the prints and sends them out? Or does some other company/person print for you?

Me and Marl do it all - though actually we can’t send anything out til we get back from this trip to Japan, so some people who ordered stuff like.. Dec 20th… I feel bad for :( Marl forgot to turn the shop off before we left haha..
