so there's an art contest at my school, and all the teachers a forcing us to do it as homework/whatever. I was already going to enter, but my teacher has slightly ruined things. We have to use colored pencil techniques in our submission. I was going to do it with watercolor. Yup... Is there any good way to incorporate colored pencils with watercolor? (Keep in mind I only have crappy roseart/crayola colored pencils.) :|

those pencils are really super hard to do anything with; you can use them on top of watercolor, but i’d make sure you do test colorings first so you know how it’s gonna look approximately
