I'm guessing the new Kecleon NPC is a grass type judging by the odd growths and dark green shade. The growths got me wondering though-do/can Kecleon take on very slight cosmetic features of the type they currently shifted to? Lke flying=those little back wing things get a little bigger, water maybe they're fingers get webbing, steel they get a little shiny and cold and hard?

I gave him those traits for a couple of different reasons, but yeah, he takes on a Grass-type normally.  I like the idea about Kecleon shifting appearance ever so slightly - I find it really intriguing and leaving lots of possibilities per type!
