I had a rather silly idea on porygons the other day, more specifically porygon eggs. Since they're manufactured, would it make sense that instead of an egg, some kind of voucher/IOU from Steel city would be given....which then brings the funny idea of Missy finding scraps of paper for claiming Porygons and being "oh, someone lost this...*sticks paper in daycare like it's no big deal*"
