Sorry to be a bother, but I recently saw your discussion about how people are being unoriginal with their Pokemon characters, or just blatantly copying another artist’s design…
And you see, I’ve recently been working on a Poochyena “Pokesona” of sorts for myself (along with a Flygon for my BF), and was curious if you could give your opinion on my design?
(I tried being creative by making the black markings an actual part of the fur…but idk, it may just look strange >^>;; )

I like how the dark parts are fluffy and sticking out! that’s an interesting idea on it
something you may also want to play around with is the muzzle shape and maybe the proportions, to differentiate it in a more subtle way - there are tons of variations to be had, definitely, if you messed around with that some! looks really cute though!
