Hi, sorry for taking your time, but I need advice concerning a certain matter. A while ago I noticed a picture that had been traced in some shape or form. They had the exact outline but different colors. I told them if they had the artists permission to do to which they replied 'they didn't trace they saw and drew from there'. I didn't want to get into an argument so I didn't go further into it, and now that I go back to the matter I felt guilty that I didn't inform the actual artist about it.
