About all the wrist problems lately. Daily massages are great apart from braces or w/e else there is. My teacher was talking about wrist problems nowadays and she is horrified the amount of very young people who have it, I didn't believe her but seeing so many confessions about it here changes that. Also, always try to keep your wrist in alignment with your arm (dunno if I explained that right though n.n;;). I've been getting some pains lately too and it scares me D:
